1. Booking and Reservations:
a. A valid ID and proof of age (18 years or older) must be presented upon check-in.
b. Reservation changes or cancellations are subject to our policies, as outlined during the booking process.

2. Check-In and Check-Out:
a. Check-in time is from 3pm to 10pm, and check-out time is by 11am.
b. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment and Deposits:
a. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
b. A security deposit may be required upon check-in, refundable upon inspection of the room and adherence to hostel policies.

4. Cancellations and Refunds:
a. Cancellations made 5 days or more before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
b. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date.

5. Code of Conduct:
a. Respect for fellow guests, staff, and property is non-negotiable.
b. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in eviction from the premises without refund.

6. Security and Belongings:
a. You are fully responsible for securing your valuables; however, Serene Hostel Accra is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
b. Guests are encouraged to  exercise caution with personal belongings.

7. Quiet Hours and Common Areas:
a. Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm to 7am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
b. Guests are encouraged to be mindful of noise levels in common areas.

8. Smoking and Alcohol:
a. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hostel.
b. Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation, and guests must adhere to local laws regarding alcohol consumption.

9. Health and Safety:
a. Guests are responsible for their own health and safety. Please report any accidents or incidents to the hostel staff immediately.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Serene Hostel Accra reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Guests will be notified of any changes in advance.
